Pampered!

This morning was fantastic! I had originally taken today and tomorrow off in hopes of Greg coming home. When I found out he wasn't going to be home I told my boss I could work. Then I fell down the stairs. I had to make a follow up appointment with my Doctor. I went ahead and took today off. So we got up about 1hr 15min later than we usually have to. It was SO nice. I dropped Landon off at school and headed to my appointment.

I took my book of puzzles and sat in the quiet, waiting room, waiting for my name to be called. I think I did about three puzzles. Then my name was called. It was so nice to just sit. To sit with out having to talk, to sit with no talking around me. No TV. No kids. No music. Just me and my puzzle book in the waiting room. It was so relaxing! My appointment went well. I was in and out of there pretty quick. The doctor had to tell me some stories, he likes to talk. We got my allergy meds changed and he checked out all my bumps and bruises! He told me I was going to live!

It was only 915am! What to do? I knew just what I wanted to do. I drove to an ATM and then headed to the nail salon and got a pedicure! It was early so it was nice and quiet. It felt so nice to get my toes done. I now have pretty red toes. Landon commented on them, "Wow mom. I like your toe polish." I stopped at Michael's when I was done with my pedi.

It was lunch time! So I grabbed some lunch and ate on my drive to my next appointment. Time for a hair cut and some color. Another relaxing 2 hours. I left feeling even more relaxed, and even a little pretty! Well, minus my bright red eyes from getting them waxed. Am I the only one that turns RED and swells up? Holy cow. It's so embarrassing.

I still had some time before I wanted to get Landon. I went to Target and Walgreen's, then to pay my dental bill. It was off to get my little man after that! I am not going to lie, it was great to have a day to myself. It was so calming, relaxing and much needed, but I thought about Landon a lot. I missed him. I was ready to run and get him after my hair appointment, but it was still nap time and I knew he'd be sleeping. When I got there at 2 to get him he was still snoring and drooling on his mat. I rubbed his back and he slowly opened his heavy eyes and smiled at me. "Mommy." Ahh, I missed him. It was so nice to cuddle with his warm little body and give him lots of hugs and kisses. He saw I got a hair cut and said, "I like your hair mommy. What movie did you watch?" (They watch movies where he get his hair cut, I guess that's where he thought I went! SO cute!)

We are down to 4 more days. Now we are just playing the waiting game. I haven't heard from Greg in a day or so, I hate that part. But no news is good news, and that most likely means he is traveling! (I hope!)

Preparing

5 more days! The days are quickly passing by. The nerves in my stomach are growing. I was thinking about Greg coming home today and I was thinking, "gosh, this time next week Greg will already have been home for a few days." I started giggling. I am beyond excited. I'm trying to get my little one pumped up about it. He smiles big when I talk about Daddy coming home. His teacher asked him how many more days till he got home and Landon said, "Five minutes!" and held up three fingers. Each morning I tell him, "5 more days Landon," and I'll hold up my fingers for him.

Landon is ready for Greg's homecoming. I got him his outfit to wear today. The Children's Place was having a great sale. 40% off all their sale items. I got him three shirts and a pair of shorts for $20. We also got his hair cut.

She left it kinda long in the front. Not sure how I am digging that. But it looks cute, and if the boy would ever let me do his hair it would look really cute spiked in the front.

We went to the mall after dinner tonight. I found something to wear as well. I am pretty sure nasty bruise will still be around, there is no way I am going to show that thing off. Darn it. If it miraculously goes away I will bust out that dress....

Tomorrow is my pampering day. I am really excited about it. First is my appointment, I am hoping that it doesn't take hours, I don't want to spend my whole day off in there. If I wait for a while I am going to leave! Then it's pampering time and nice quiet alone time. Oh my, what am I going to do with myself?? haha.

Happy Wednesday Y'all!

Nasty thing

Wow! I am happy to say I am feeling pretty dang good today. I do have a kink/cramp in the right side of my neck, but other than that I feel pretty good. Well, the bruise on my leg, that thing is another story. It doesn't hurt, but it is ugly! I try to cover it up when I go to work, and I thought my Capri's were long enough to do so today, but they weren't, and I think every person commented on my bruise. Aften told me it looks like I have a disease! I think I'll be wearing jeans tomorrow, thank you very much! (I thought it was all funny)

Ew, pretty nasty huh?

Did it make you cringe? Gross you out? Make you say, 'ow'? Do you think I have some disease? It is still pretty swollen back there.... Hey there bruise, you can go away pretty quick. I was planning on wearing a dress to the airport, and I can't with you back there!

I am kinda excited about Thursday. I took Thursday and Friday off if you remember me saying, I decided to work Friday and still take Thursday off. I have a follow up appointment in the morning, an appointment for a hair cut around lunch, in between those I want to get a pedicure, another reason I want that nasty thing gone. I will do all of this, alone. Yes, by myself. I am going to take Landon to school and enjoy some time to myself. I rarely get any time alone, it should be nice and relaxing, even if that means sitting in a waiting room waiting for the Doctor.  Landon will be having fun at school, and so will this momma!! Woohoo!!

Six more days!

One week left

OH MY GOSH! I can't believe in one week Greg will be home. Thinking about it makes me smile and get all giddy inside. It makes me want to jump up and down with excitement. I feel like a little school girl with a huge huge crush. My stomach is flip flioppin' all around. I hope these next few days fly by, with the exception of everything getting done around here, and everything getting done safely! ha!

I still don't feel like cooking. Tonight was a pizza kinda night. We went and got a Little Cesar's Hot n Ready pizza. It was pretty tasty and sure did hit the spot!

I love when Landon gets a messy face. Especially when he gets a huge strawberry yogurt drink ring around his lips, mixed with a little pizza sauce. Makes for one cute little boy.

I love the fact that Landon can go to the fridge and get what he wants. He needed another drink, so off he went.

Daddy isn't going to recognize our little man when he gets home. Landon is turning into such a little boy. It's going to warm my heart to see the two of them interacting. It's really going to make my heart explode with joy when I see Landon running to Greg at the airport....

One more week. We can do it! We've almost done it. We almost have another deployment under the belt, this will have made the 4 deployment in 7years (not to mention alllll the other TDY's, training and classes he's had to go away for) He will have been gone a total of 137 days or 20 weeks or 5 months. However you want to tally it up...I am so ready to have Greg home and to be wrapped in his arms!

Balloon Fest

Last night my friend Meagan came over and got Landon and I and we went to dinner at Abuelo's. It was nice to catch up with her and have some company and good food. After dinner we decided to stop by the Balloon Fest that was going on here. I wasn't sure how I felt, but decided I wanted to give it a try. I felt OK, but got dizzy and light headed at times. I felt bad for Landon, he really wanted to play.

They had a huge area with all sorts of bouncy castles. Neither Meagan or myself had any cash, I scrounged up some quarters and told Landon he could pick one of the castles to play in. First he chose Spider man.

He couldn't get up the next part of the obstacle, and Meagan was so nice to go in after him. But then Landon disappeared. We didn't know where he went. I went around to the back as Meagan was going in, where did he go? Some how he came back out the entrance and the lady working it was standing there with him. WE don't know how he got past Meagan, it was the weirdest thing. The lady was so nice she gave him his ticket back and told him to pick another one to play in. So he chose the sea life one.

He enjoyed that purple otter thing. He stayed there most of the time. He was having a good ol' time. Two kids from his class were in there, he was happy to see that. It was so muddy because it poured rain from Friday to yesterday afternoon. So all of our feet were muddy. It was a muddy mess out there.
Meagan helped put Landon's shoes back on.
We came back to the house and chatted for a while and I gave Landon a bath. Thanks Meagan for dinner and coming over to visit us. It was nice to have company!

I woke up SORE today. Whew wee. I took some Motrin and rested on the couch till it kicked in. Then I felt pretty good. I sneezed and realized parts that weren't sore the day before were now. My stomach and abs hurt, it hurts to take a deep breath, my sides hurt and my ears. The knot on the back of my head went from the size of my hand to about the size of a large egg. So the swelling is going down. I attempted to take a picture of my leg, the picture doesn't do justice, that thing looks terrible in person...

I ventured to the Commissary today. We were in desperate need of some groceries. I was nervous to drive for the first time, and to be out alone. But it went great, Landon was perfect for me the entire time, and it was nice to get some fresh air. It was 69 when we left the house at 1045am. It was nice!

I'm slowly getting things done around the house today. Back to work tomorrow. I am going to forwarn my boss that I am going to be taking it slow and if I feel dizzy or anything I will need to go home. And guess what? One week from tomorrow and Greg will be home!!!!!!!!!!!!

(he told me I could tell finally!)

Concussion

Yesterday afternoon we came home from dropping some stuff off at Ditto's For Kiddo's. I still had some totes sitting out in the garage that needed to be stacked back against the wall, and two bags that needed to go up in the attic. So, I stacked the totes back up, then opened the attic and brought the stairs down. I grabbed the two bags I needed to take up. One had an egg crate that my mom uses when she comes, and the other is a ball pit and some balls. Both bags were super light, I was just going to toss them up there. Landon was standing beside the stairs. I got about half way to 3/4 of the way up and the stairs moved (they weren't pushed in all the way) and I flew backwards off the stairs. I had lost my balance. I remember falling, and I remember my head hitting the cement garage floor. I tried to turn over and I tried to say "Oh my gosh" but I couldn't speak. My words were jumbled. Landon was saying, "I'm sorry mommy." I told him it was OK, he didn't do anything, I just fell. I opened the car door, things were spinning and fuzzy, black and white. I was scared. I searched for my cell phone. When I found it I didn't know who to call? It was 430pm on a Friday afternoon. Everyone was working.

I would have called the neighbor's down the street, they were out of town. I called the fire station, but didn't know who answered the phone. I asked for our friend Raz but he wasn't working. So I called his cell phone. He just lives 5 minutes down the road, and he came over. He felt the huge bump on the back of my head and said yes I needed to go to Hospital. While I was waiting for him to come over I was frantically searching for Landon's things and getting his backpack packed in case something happened and he needed to stay some where. I grabbed him dinner and snacks and some juices too. Raz came over and we loaded up in his truck and headed to the hospital.

I felt OK. I felt a little dizzy, weird, and in pain, but nothing I couldn't handle. I told Raz to take Landon and I would call someone to come with me. So Landon went to Raz's house and watched Scooby Doo on Netflix. The waiting room was jam packed, one girl said she had been there since 100pm. It was pushing 5o'clock, great. I went on Face book on my phone to keep my mind off of it. My friend Teresa I work with ended up coming up to the hospital to surprise me. She came for a minute, we talked and I felt like I was going to black out. Then I started balling. She went and got somebody and they got me back immediately. I waited for the Dr for about 20-25 minutes. I was still feeling faint and now like I was going to vomit.

So the Dr came in, and I started balling. I was so scared and worried. I was worried because I was alone. I was worried because what if something happened to me and Landon would be alone? I was just so upset and scared. She calmed me down, got me checked out. She said I just have a pretty good concussion with a nice bump. It's about the size of my hand across the back of my head. My left hip is sore, and I have a huge knot/bruise on my right calf. I think my leg got stuck in the step. Can't figure that one out yet. She said she was going to get my some pain meds for the headache.

About 20 minutes later the RN came in with some medicine. Aften showed up shortly after. I was so happy to have her there. I was starting to worry again and now I was feeling really sick. I told her to please talk and keep my mind from wandering. So she did that. I finally got discharged about 830pm. As we were walking out to the car I started feeling better, the shot was finally kicking in. We went and picked up Landon from Raz's house, and then stopped by my house to get some over night stuff. The DR said I need to be woken up every 2 hours to make sure I was OK. I couldn't be alone. So Landon was more than thrilled to hear we were having a slumber party at the Gardner's house!

These pictures were from this morning. We got to bed late. I didn't need Aften to wake me up. I tossed and turned all night. I did get some sleep though.
I felt pretty good this morning. Beau made us breakfast and we lounged around. It was nice and cool outside and was pouring. A perfect morning. Zoey served Landon and I grapes..
She was so silly. Aften dropped Landon and I off at home a little before noon today. Now we are home. I had to make Landon lunch and I got a little light headed when doing that. But I am good. I rested on the couch a lot. I've been alternating Motrin and Tylenol and have felt OK. As the day is moving on I am feeling more and more stiff.....but oh well! I am just thankful I am OK!
Landon didn't want to nap after lunch, I didn't fight him. He was being so good and was just playing away while I rested on the couch. Around 245 he sat down by me and asked if it was sleepy time. I told him it wasn't. 2 minutes later his eyes were closed.

I was so upset last night and kept saying how stupid I felt, and how bad I felt for ruining peoples evenings and having to have people take care of me. Aften told me on the phone and it really sunk in, she said, "Priscilla, you can't always be in control and be in charge of everything. You have to allow and let people help you out sometimes. It's OK to be helped." She was so right. I hated the fact that I wasn't in control, but I realized, it was OK to not be in control. Thank-you Aften for getting that into my stubborn head. Thank you so much to everyone for contacting me to make sure I am OK and if I need help. Thank you to Raz for coming over and taking me to the ER and watching Landon. Thank you to Teresa for coming to the hospital to visit me. Thank you to Aften for coming to the hospital and making me laugh and taking care of me last night. Thanks for letting us stay in your house, thanks to Zoey for brushing my hair this morning and making me look like "Pippy" and to Beau for making breakfast. It really showed me what amazing friends I have!

Roller Coaster

I hopped back on the roller coaster of emotions. You know, the roller coaster of emotions you go through with the military. I got a call from Greg while I was on my lunch today. He was excited to tell me he got dates for when he will be home! Yay, I was so excited. Except it really wasn't what I wanted to hear, and not while I was sitting in a loud break room with my co-workers. I should have never requested to have next Thursday and Friday off. (I was worried I wasn't going to get time off if he came home, so I went ahead and asked for those days off just in case.) See we've had this 'day' that he's supposed to have been leaving there for a while and that's what I based my leave on. Sometimes you never know if they are going to leave a day early, a day late, you just never know with the military. I had it all planned out in my little head. Which I know, I should not have done at all, but again, that's the roller coaster of emotions, and when you are sitting at home alone with a little one, and counting the days till your loved one gets home, that's what you do. Now, my plan was was to take Landon to school Thursday, take my car for an oil change, get my hair cut and then get a pedicure. Friday I was going to do my grocery shopping and clean house and hope that he would be home  possibly Saturday? See I was trying really hard not to get too excited and think like that, but it's hard not to. The day Greg gave me that he will be home is great, it's just not what I had planned in my head. Also with the crazy week I've been having I could have just went in the corner and cried my little eyes out. I probably could have done that no matter what day he was coming home, when I "thought" he was or not. It's just been one of those weeks.

So now that I am re-reading this and have had alllll day to think it over, I think I way over reacted, and I need to be thankful he is coming home, and coming home in one piece. Right? Again, that darn roller coaster. I am so happy to have a date when Greg will be home, now I can really count down the days, and I won't go and try to plan anything else out in my head, just in case, because if you know the military, all of the 'plans' can change at any minute!

Tumbling Tot

Landon is a very busy boy. He is always on the go, always bouncing around playing, dancing, talking, singing and nowa days tumbling. He thinks it's pretty cool he can do a flip. Would you like to see?

OK, so I wasn't the best photographer tonight. Every time I would attempt to get pictures he would bounce up and start dancing. I'm telling you, the child never sits still! (or allows his momma to take pictures) Almost every time he finished doing a flip he would bounce up and start spinning, then he would end the spin with his hands on his hips and shaking his booty....next time I'll just turn the camera on.

(sorry for the weird picture, I love Landon in this one, just don't look too hard at me, I was lookin' pretty rough!)

This week has worn me out and it's only Wednesday. Work has been insane, well, the kids have. I am so worn out by the end of the day. I've been taking cat naps on the couch while Landon watches an episode of Scooby. It seems to be the only way I can get through the evening. I haven't felt like cooking dinner or even eating. (Hopefully I am not getting sick, I don't feel sick, so I guess that is a good sign?) I think Landon was mocking me, is this what I look like on the couch Landon?

Just kidding. He was hiding from me. First he told me "I'm going to take your spot." Then when I turn around that is what I saw. You see Daphne in his hand? Yes. That is where she is all the time. In the palm of his hand with his little fingers wrapped around her. He sleeps with her, puts her in his pocket at school all day. Plays with her when we get home, takes her to the dinner table, she takes a bath with Landon and like I said she sleeps with him! I almost forgot to grab it the other morning. As soon as I started the car he yelled, "OH NO, DAPHNE mommy, we needa get her!" Of course I ran back through the house to find Daphne....

The time is coming near

I had several reminders today, that the time for Greg to be coming home is near. As I was making my breakfast at o' dark thirty I noticed the expiration date on my tortilla's said 04Oct10. I thought to myself, Greg should be home by then! I got an instant surge of nerves throughout my body.

We had our monthly fire inspection today. It was nice to see faces that I haven't seen in 5 months. A reminder Greg will be home soon.

Our schedule for next week is out, I have Thursday and Friday off. INSTANT excitement. My stomach was in knots. (We still don't know exactly when he is going to be coming home, I took leave to make sure I am off so Landon and I can welcome him home at the airport.) I got a bill Todayy, due on 04OCT. Eeek! Greg should be home by then...it seemed like everything today reminded me that Greg will be home soon. I am SO happy you don't even know. (Unless you've been through this, then you know exactly how I am feeling.)

I have tons of things running through my brain now. I have these mental lists going again, kinda like the ones I had before he left. The house of course has to be perfect when he comes home. Not that he even really cares, the house will look pristine to him, he's been in a sandbox for 5 months for crying out loud! He also doesn't care if the oil needs to be changed in my car, that the garage needs to be straightened out, mulch needs to be added to the flower beds and weeds need to be picked....

I've also been thinking about when he gets home. It's always nice, but it takes some time to get reacquainted and adjusted. Sometimes we are back in to the swing of things in a day or so. Sometimes longer. Landon and I have been alone for almost 5 months. We've got our 'routine' down, and as much as it sucks, we've gotten used to being alone and it just being us. ( I hope this doesn't sound ugly or bad, I am just trying to explain it..)

But I would much rather have our 'routines' mixed up, and have Greg around making a mess and changing the channel when I am watching Bridezilla's, chewing his cereal with his mouth open and taking my spot on the couch then being alone any day....

So please keep your fingers crossed Greg will be home soon, and keep him and the other airman in your thoughts and prayers for safe travels as they will soon be embarking on their trip home...

Busy One

Monday morning sure did come around fast. I'm a morning person, so once I get out of bed and get going I am good to go. Now Landon on the other hand takes a little bit of time to get going. Since I have to be at work so early, and I have to put all my stuff away and make bleach etc, Landon lays in the chair while I do it all. He usually doesn't ever move from that spot till it's time to go. Half the time I still have to lug him down the hallway to the classes.

See? He was yelling at me, "No, I don't want to take a picture. NO mommy." You can also see his waffle he was holding with his other hand under him. He usually drinks milk in the car, and eats his waffle while he wakes up in the chair.

He was in my class today for lunch and nap. I've said this over and over and over, that it's sometimes hard for me to tell how big Landon is getting til someone holds him, or he grows out of his clothes. Today I realized he is almost as big as his nap time mat. When he first moved up and was just 3, he was swallowed by it..

Holy Batman Landon is getting big! Can you believe that in like 2 months he will be 4? FOUR years old. I can't believe it.

We stopped at the Dollar Tree this afternoon. I always see so many people on these blogs getting great items from there and revamping them and making all this cool stuff. So we went to check it out. I haven't been for a while, those places are always a hit or miss. I grabbed a few fall things for my class and then we found these items:

YES! We found Scooby stuff. I was shocked. I guess I have to go to a dollar store to find things! ha ha!

Landon was making me laugh while he was eating tonight. He had yogurt alllll over his face, and he was practically standing at the table.

I've been busy this afternoon. I got a sudden burst of energy tonight. That's not normal. And it's not normal for a Monday night, especially since it was pretty rowdy today. I got all my stuff ready to sell at Ditto's. I just have to drop it off Wednesday, the sale is next week. I usually wait last minute and am scrabbling trying to get it all done! And, I was only able to part with the swing, and his snuggli carrier thing. That's it. Couldn't muster the strength to get rid of anything else. Maybe next time!

(Insert title here)

I don't know what to title this post. I'm mainly blogging to record what goes on around here, and for Greg to get a peek in on what we've been up to. Today was just a normal kinda Sunday around here for Landon and myself. Well, it started with some panic. I was having a really really odd dream, I would like to share, but it's weird, I'll spare you. So I was in the middle of my dream and all of a sudden I woke up and looked at the clock and it said, 6:53am. OH *bleep*, yes I said a bad word. My first thought was my alarm never went off, then I reached for my phone to call work, and realized it was Sunday. My heart was racing and pounding. It took me a few to catch my breath and lower my heart rate, and get that weird weird dream out of my head. What an awful way to start the morning!

It got better when I got to do this:

Chat with old Gregor! It's always nice to see him and to talk to him, even though I looked like crap because I just rolled out of bed prior to this. After cleaning some around the house, eating breakfast with Landon I mowed the front yard. I didn't do the back, I just wasn't feeling it this morning.

I showered and we did a quick trip to Wal Mart for a few odds and ends I'd forgotten at the Commissary on Friday. Landon wanted MC Donald's while we were shopping, what the heck. I wanted What A Burger for some odd reason. I never really eat there, but after shopping I drove through and got me a cheese burger. It was delicious by the way! After lunch and reading Scooby books my child looked like this.

He took his shirt off himself. Cute little half nakie boy!

I went outside to fool around with my camera and check out some settings. I love taking pictures of still life and flowers. I especially like to do it with this camera...

While Landon napped I finished my book. I started it last night, read the first half, from about 8pm-11pm. Then I finished during Landon's nap.

Great book, I don't think I've ever read a book of his that I didn't like. I am a sucker for these kinds of books. I just wished I didn't read it so fast, but I had to continue to see what happened and how it all panned out. I hate not knowing and waiting....so I read read read until I finished that sucker!!

Now we are preparing for bed time. Landon is playing behind me as I blog. I have all the stuff ready to sell at Ditto's for Kiddos. He is playing with the toys back there. I don't get rid of much, mainly clothes, since I am ALWAYS buying that kid shirts and stuff. There are a few odd and end books and toys that he doesn't touch, and now that they are out he is playing with them! He asked me, "For why are you taking my stuff mom?" I told him I wanted to give it to another child that would play with it and he said, "But it's my favorite, it's mine for boys!"

Time to go read some more books and get my little one to bed. Looking forward to starting this week, less that two weeks to go!!! YIPPEEEEEEE

Lovin' It!

I am so totally digging my new camera! I am so happy that I bought it. I've been playing with it all day taking pictures, deleting them, trying different settings, just messing around with it. I installed the program for downloading the pictures. Every time I've transferred pictures and I go to edit them the site freezes. Sooo, hopefully it's just down for today or something and will be back tomorrow? At least I can get my pictures.

Last night Landon was all over my old camera, snapping pictures of anything and everything. He is really good at working that thing.

When I looked through the pictures he took he sure did take some funny ones. He got some of me that I was like, "ICK! Is that really how I look?" Ha Ha!

This morning I kinda wandered around the house. I wasn't so sure what to do with myself. Kinda weird. I cleaned, tried to get a hold of Greg on Skype, ate breakfast, watched Scooby with Landon. Finally I just got in the shower and we left. We went to Sam's for some water. Can you believe that is ALL I bought there? I couldn't. I always walk out with a book or magazine or something. I went for water and that is all I bought! Craziness.

Then we went to Michales. I loved all their Halloween yard signs and stuff. I bought a few little Halloween things, Landon got some weird looking mermaid thing from the toys. He always finds the weirdest stuff. My child. After that we went to Hastings to check out books. Then Schlotzsky's for lunch. Then it was snoozing time...

I enjoyed the quiet today. I did some crossword puzzles, started to read my new Nicholas Sparks book, watched some TV and took a little nap. It was nice. I needed some time like that. We played around the house after Landon woke up. He woke up in an excellent mood, I love when he does that. For dinner I made some "Mummy Dogs." That is what I called them. Landon was excited and laughing at me. It's just crescent rolls, turkey dogs and cheese...

They were actually really really good! I ate them too. Landon enjoyed them as well, I wasn't so sure if he was going to eat them, but he did. Thank-you Lord!

After dinner we went out to the garage. I started cleaning our tool area, and all the junk that is around it. I have so much stuff out there. I have totes and totes of Landon's baby stuff. I was going through it and trying to decide if and what I want to sale at the next Ditto's For Kiddo's sale. But, I just can't bare the thought of getting rid of any of it. Is that normal? We haven't used it in 3 years, but I just couldn't do it. We still have everything out there. Swing, bouncy chair, activity mats, play gyms, crib mobiles, monitors, clothes, baby toys, books, everything! How long do I keep this stuff? I just don't know. I didn't realize how attached to it I was.

After cleaning for a little bit, Landon kicked a soccer ball around the garage and then he asked to wash the car. So we washed my car, Landon really liked that. He enjoyed getting the car wet and washing away all the soap and bubbles. He rode his scooter too while I picked some weeds. He actually rode it by himself. I am so proud, usually he wants me to push him. He got wet when I was watering the grass and said he was cold and wanted to go inside for warm bath. Funny thing is, it's still like 90 outside! We have been in Texas wayyyy to long to be cold like that!!!!! hahahaha.

Time to watch the UT vs TT football game, Hook Em Horns!
